The challenge of the project was building a contemporary passive house situated between other two buildings, while maintaining a sober architectural language. The placement of the windows allows natural light to fill the house, despite the unfortunate orientation of the site, and creates a visual relationship between the front of the house and the garden in the back. The materials are used in a contemporary manner while preserving a neutral language of the facades.
