Improving Tudor is an international architecture and urbanism workshop the focuses on finding sustainable scenarios for the physical and moral rehabilitation of a socialist neighbourhood. For one week, 40 students and professors from  Bruxelles and Cluj architecture faculties studied the life of Tudor Vladimirescu neighborhood and proposed courses of action to raise awareness on themes such as thermal rehabilitation and quality of life increase, based on existent urban policies. The workshop also included a life-size model of the project `The Would-Be Neighbourhood` that could be used by the locals, which was displayed at the final exhibition of the workshop.
