The site is located in a low-rise residential area. Our proposal focuses on creating an urban way of living, while maintaining the archetypal shape and lifestyle of the common house in the area. The ground floor is dedicated to an office towards the courtyard and two commercial spaces facing the street. The four duplex apartments are placed upstairs, joined two by two by a staircase. The option for the contemporary metal finishing was intended to create a dialog with the commercial area nearby.
