Located in Tîrgu-Mureș, the building hosts housing on the upper levels and commercial spaces on the ground floor, as well as a Penthouse, withdrawn in order create a spacious terrace and to integrate the building in the surrounding area. The use of materials emphasizes different functions of the building, with plaster for housing and silver metal boards for the ground floor, while the rounded corner provides a distinctive focal point in the urban landscape.
