The proposal consists of the refurbishment of an existing old house, situated in the historical part of the city. The owner needed a new spatial configuration that suits better his daily routine. Hence, the project opted for minimal intervention to the existing house and the façade to the street, while proposing a contemporary approach to the façade facing the back-yard garden. The proposed design is simple, elegant and sober, respecting the historical area of ​​the site.
